These Terms govern your use of marblancestudio.com and all purchases made through it. Marblance Studio reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
All products are handcrafted from natural marble. Variations in colour, veining, and texture are inherent to natural stone and are not defects. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Once production has commenced, cancellations may not be accepted.
Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without notice. Full payment or an agreed deposit may be required before production begins on custom orders.
Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started. Design approvals communicated during the consultation process become binding once confirmed by the customer.
All content on this website — images, logos, text, and product photography — is the exclusive property of Marblance Studio and may not be used without written consent.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
